An IBG underwrites the workmanship warranty that you provide to your customers, and protects them should you cease to trade. It is a requirement of Flexi-Orb membership that installers are registered with an IBG provider and purchase an IBG for every domestic installation (except EV Charging Points). Shown below are our Approved IBG Providers:.
In the event of a consumer dispute they are unable to resolve amicably themselves, all members must be able to provide their customers with free access to ADR. For this reason they must be signed up with a Trading Standards Approved ADR Body, which could include one of the organisations below:
